Wisconsin Science & Technology Symposium
WiSys Technology Foundation and UW-Green Bay would like to invite you to the 3rd Annual Wisconsin Science & Technology Symposium (WSTS) being held on July 22-23 at UW-Green Bay’s University Union. Over 150 participants are expected to attend, including researchers and students from the UW System and several Wisconsin hospital systems, as well as representatives from private industry, investment firms, and state government. The scientific sessions will cover important ongoing research and development in such areas as renewable energy, biomedical devices, therapeutics and polymers/composites.
WSTS also provides an opportunity to learn about “Wisconsin Small Company Advancement Program (WiSCAP)”. This initiative connects the high-tech research and development needs of Wisconsin small companies with the technical expertise of faculty at the University of Wisconsin (particularly the comprehensive campuses). WiSCAP was funded by CORE bill and allocates funds to UW campuses to undertake research in partnership with small companies.
